Pain and grief over loss through death can be processed in different ways, in my case I have finally found a way to deal with it. "All that remains" is a poem by Erich Fried, here death is considered in detail and clearly, nothing about it is unusual. Except for the pain. The idea is to visualize the poem, to look at the feeling with respect. It has to come out! Not through tears and sadness, even if these have long dominated my days. No, this way, through creative energy seems best.
